Poor experience dealing with this estate agent. Was asked for a holding deposit on a property on Dag Lane in North Kilworth, and only after it was paid were we told that the property contained asbestos floor tiles. ACM report was only provided when requested. We decided to proceed, but were then overwhelmed by the reference...

Our house had been on the market for 5 months with another agent, without success. After meeting Alex Barnes at a viewing to purchase (and being impressed by his assurance and approachability) we asked him to take over and he sold it the first weekend.
Throughout the entire process he’s been great to work with....
