We were on our way to Heathrow when our oil fault light came on. We were in a Toyota but the Ford garage was the closest so we popped in. They couldn't have been more helpful. They put the car on the ramps, checked for leaks and confirmed there was no problems before we added more oil. They wouldn't accept any payment... read full comment

Great selection of cars and Joe was easy to deal with. I'm not a tyre kicker so as long as the car is as it says then all's good. Just bought a Volvo V40 and so far everything's gone as it should, that's not always the case with some garages but was in this case.
