Took my daughter to have her ears pierced, staff were friendly and helpful especially the gentleman that pierced her ears. He put her at ease, spoke us through everything very thoroughly and professionally. A good selection of earrings to choose from to suit people's budgets. I have already recommended to friends and wouldn't hesitate to return for future piercings. Thank you!

Ordered a watch in-store.. transaction Carried out by manager, so no excuses..called up 4 days later on date of collection to be told the order had been cancelled! No reason,no explanation,just that I would have to waste my time to physically go to the store to get my refund...I was so annoyed ,I returned all the watches I had bought from hsamuel. Avoid this shop and buy direct from whichever brand you wanted .

Purchased a ring in late January this year, a couple months ago we noticed that part of the ring holding in the sapphire gem has come off, went into the store to see if they could repair it under warranty and they stated that because I didn?t take out cover that it would cost £250 which is more than the ring cost itself!Avoid at all costs and support a local business instead

Quick,polite service, when i payed for a necklace discount code i was given not taken off price, this was done in store for me no quibbles saved over £130 on price.

I was so disappointed day before I was to collect my order manager called to say they can't get he honestly could care less ? I Phoned round on the off chance that another store might have it !! Got an amazing person (Kylie) at the Beaumont store who went out her way to get me one from another store can't thank her enough she could certainly help train the staff at Loughborough.

Another lovely store with friendly welcoming staff. Was able to try on three watches, and I chose one, the sales guy even adjusted it perfectly to my size. Went away very happy today.We can always rely on H.Samual for all our jewellery needs.
