Ordered a watch in-store.. transaction Carried out by manager, so no excuses..called up 4 days later on date of collection to be told the order had been cancelled! Purchased a ring in late January this year, a couple months ago we noticed that part of the ring holding in the sapphire gem has come off, went into the store to see if they could repair it under warranty and they stated that because I didn’t take out cover that it would cost £250 which is more than the ring cost itself!Avoid... read full comment
