Needed a new bed to help with many aches and pains, also needed it to be light enough to get sheets etc on and off, not too expensive, my list of requirements went on but they handled all of them. Richard was first class in considering my requests, offering options, time given, expertise etc (thank you). Highly recommended. Will shop there again and soon as my eldest needs a new bed too.”

Gina supported us fantastically throughout our visit and enabled us to find the right products. Other staff also helped and huge credit to the young man ( sorry didn't get his name) there who showed great awareness of visual disability and was able to offer us product safety advice based on this.Thanks to you all for making the shopping experience so easy.”

“I purchased a lamp from them a few years ago. It is one of my favourite pieces of furniture and I and it takes pride of place in my lounge. The packaging for the lamp could have been more robust. But the product is very satisfactory. I was scanning website today toying with idea of buying a Eames inspires chair and stool. I am nervous about parting with my hard earned cash though after reading reviews. Its a shame, I want the products.”

“I purchased two roses earlier this year. When they flowered, they were nothing like the image on the product card. I discussed the problem with a member of staff and they were completely wonderful and exchanged the roses for more suitable plants (which were in flower at the time, so no more disappointment when I get them planted on). “I don't know what people arcomplaining about we have a very nice new manager who cares about the service we provide she is Very helpful and friendly understanding and will help you if you are still having problems if you have purchased something that is broken or parts missing”

“Came in store today after multiple trips to other stores and not finding what we were looking for. Pete (sales manager) was absolutely brilliant. My son has autism and finds it difficult in many stores. my son was running around and just being his usual self in the store. Not once did he moan or judge us which is what we are normally greeted by he was so kind and understanding. he helped us find exactly what we were looking for and went through all the credit options available to find what worked best for us. I cannot praise him enough for the great customer service in which he derlivered. We will definitely be returning again”
