Shocking customer service from their kitchen team.
Went into the Thurmaston branch around 2 months ago, not a single member of staff willing to speak to us, just kept saying if you want help book an appointment.
Guess what I tried to book an appointment just for the woman on the phone who just constantly tried to fob me off. She did not want to give us an appointment I was left on hold for 5 minutes whilst she went off to check my options she came back and was adamant we didn?t need an appointment and just said come into store with your measurements. After the first time we went into store and told nothing can be done without an appointment I wasn?t impressed with what she was saying so asked outright why is there a problem in giving an appointment!? More waffle and non answers I got fed up and called another branch. Spoke to a great guy at the South Wigston branch that had excellent customer service and gave us an appointment straight away.
Avoid the Thurmaston branch they don?t give a crap about customer service.

Never really busy which is a bonus, went in for specific items but was too expensive. Staff friendly

A well stocked branch of a great store. Items are conveniently laid out as one would imagine the typical wickes store would be. Prices are ever growing (as usual in the UK) but I have found quite a few items that are priced higher in BandQ. So not all too bad. Also, staff don?t glare at you like you?re some kind of thief when you walk out empty handed- which is nice for a change.

Exceptional customer service by a gentleman called Nev. extremely polite, genuine and helpful. Always Friendly but today went above and beyond, was able to provide a lot of knowledge to me as i am not in trades and only DIY

Went here to pick up a click and collect of a tin of masonry paint read reviews online and with 4.5 out of 5 I tried their paint and first impressions well pleased with results

Good store. I mostly do click and collect. However staff have helped me get refunds when I?d ordered things online but decided they weren?t fit for the job.
