My mother went into this store today and asked a woman for help as she had an issue with her phone not saving photos and to my mothers absolute shock the woman said “well I don’t know, you’ll have to go somewhere else” what kind of customer service is that?! You need to train your staff in both customer service...

Went in to the store yesterday met with a wonderful lady called Aisha she was very friendly efficient and solved our issues thank you so much you are a credit to 02 keep up the great work
