Been a customer for 24 years. App blocked by Lloyds fraud team. 20 minutes wait to speak with them - Will go into my local branch tomorrow. Very poor service. Had 1 previous issue with fraud team years ago and they verified it was me but made me listen to their rubbish about how I choose to spend my money. Get back in your... read full comment
