Too cheap to put enough staff on in branch, over 2 hour wait and still didn't get to talk to someone. Been locked out of my internet back for weeks. Over 40 min wait times to talk to anyone on the phone. Having to switch bank accounts just so I can access my internet banking.

Very poor customer service and the staff which came from Halifax bank it was her first day she was very angry and her behaviour was not good she had little attitude

Very poor service, long queues. Joined Lloyds during a promotional time when they were offering £175 to those who switched. However, the lady (claimed to be quite senior) doing my paperwork and documents check made a mistake when putting in my details and said she can’t restart the application so I ended up missing out...
