Absolutely shocked with the way my Mot was dealt with. My car failed its mot... every year it fails and I get them to fix it. Not this year, mostly everything was picked up was advisories not even when I got handed my mot failure certificate it had each problems with prices tip exed out. I have approached another highly recommended garage who were shocked when I had my car checked that majority of my problems on my car were advisories. Just goes to show there are there are still highly respectable companies rinsing us.

Called to ask for advice on costs and time frames and the guy at Reception was not helpful at all, sounded like he couldn't be bothered to talk, awful customer service, put me off straight away so will look for elsewhere.

Awful place. Went for a tyre change and only just noticed they scuffed one of my rims, that Asian lad at the reception was rude and ignorant too wasn?t much help when I came back?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I used to go there all the time and even got the annual service bundles. That was before management changed and now they are rude, unhelpful, incompetent and simply out to rip you off. Really sad how they have destroyed a nice and friendly place

I think I have been put off the brand once and for all. I took my car in today to have the brakes checked as they were juddering. I spoke to an Asian bloke who was at the reception and he basically told me to leave the car with them and it will be looked at this was not something that I could do as I require a car for work, so I said I can bring the car back once you guys are ready to look at it. I was told to return in half an hour however, in that time, I went to another garage who were able to look at the car straightaway and tell me what the issue is and provide me with a quote for £600. I thought I would enquire at this garage and see how they compare I was in for a big shock it was the same person at reception and I was quoted £1250!!!! More than double! And so much more than what main dealer charges too! Is he getting a cut out of this or what?! Absolutely shocking and unbelievable.

Terrible customer service. As others mention, utterly useless staff using ?not on the system? as an excuse. I had booked for a free health check, told the system was saying it was £20 and that it was head office?s fault. The receptionist made no effort to correct their error, leaving me to email their head office. After 20 mins I still had no response so just left as they refused to do the health check. I told the receptionist and their reply was simply ?ok?. No apology, no trying to find a solution. I questioned why he hasn?t even apologised and his response was ?why would I? Not my problem?. Worst customer service I?ve never experienced. Dodgy staff, dodgy system, avoid at all costs!!

Absolutely shoddy service by the Indian guy who was sat at the helpdesk this morning (19.01.2024) made no effort to help answer my questions. No attempt to offer the winter check as advertised. When asked got a shrug of the shoulder. I went there to book my car in for a service and brake checks. All I was asked for was the size of the car engine which I didn't know as I recently acquired the car and as a new driver am not aware of all the technicals of the car. But I did offer to give the make, model and registration. That guy made no attempt to even look up details. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Then a man behind me said he wants the same doing as me and this time he quickly called someone to go and check out that man's car!! I will never go there again I felt belittled. Am fairly new to the country and not as fluent in speaking English as someone who is born in this country but I spoke politely and to the point of what I wanted doing to the car. Yet I was made to feel like I was some stupid and dumb person. If I didn't not speak any English then I would understand the ignorance of that idiot. I wonder how a company can even employ someone so stupid who does not give the same respect to all potential customers. If I could have give zero stars to post this review I would have.

Awful service would not recommend to anyone! Was booked for 10am, told me it is not on a system. Then told me to come at 12.30.After few weeks protective pannel came of as they take the screws out but did not fit back. Went to them and told them, still instead of fixing it right away told me again to come at 1pm. The guy at the reception needs to learn how to talk to customers, no smile, manners or or the knowledege of dealing with cutomers.Imagine you go to garage for a service to make sure you're car is 100% but istead they make it worst. Amateur MECHANICS!!By the way I did responce to the below email and no reply. Awful!

Over quoted me on repairs after an MOT. charged me £800, however I ended up completing my repairs at another garage for only £300 and passed the MOT.

Went in the one in Leicester, ( the 033 one) and they?ve sorted my car out before 5pm, fixed my car within few hours. Prompt, great communication and customer service and polite, 100% I will go back there when my car will need it.

I had a very bad experience with this centre, i was there in time after their email 9am, specially because of the personal who working there, why we should treat people with such an arrogance 9am in the morning! They told me that I should be there for 8:45 and if I want to drop afternoon(after I took a day off from work just to get my car fixed) and I showed them the email with a clear 9 am appointment! No matter what after such an experience I don't recommend this service! I just cancelled everything with them and went somewhere else where people can be respectul and mamage the appointments correctly!
