Absolutely shocked with the way my Mot was dealt with. My car failed its mot... every year it fails and I get them to fix it. Called to ask for advice on costs and time frames and the guy at Reception was not helpful at all, sounded like he couldn't be bothered to talk, awful customer service, put me off straight away so will look for elsewhere.

Awful place. Went for a tyre change and only just noticed they scuffed one of my rims, that Asian lad at the reception was rude and ignorant too wasn’t much help when I came back…
