Everyone was incredibly kind and the process was so simple, I assumed I'd need to get a referral to get help with food for myself but it wasn't necessaryGoing to pick up some food for myself and kitty on Monday!”

“Great shop and lots of books and great for people who like to pop in for coffee and read of a book and lots of gaming books and games and DVDs and CDs and records of music and kids books and magazines and I go there all the time and my favourite book shop and I know the manager in there very well and I look forward to go there today and they work so hard to keep people happy and I met so many people in that shop and I got talking to guy who said something about George Lucas school bully called varder who is Vader in Star Wars and he said to me be careful who you upset or they make a film character out of you and I said I will and that book shop has everything you need and am sure there is a book for everyone and very friendly staff and I been going there every year and I do try see if they got what I like and I bought loads of books and magazines and so I do get around and it's cheap books as well and I also got a signed book from there for £10 and I still got it so enjoy this book shop”

“Great charity they do alot for the homeless community also people who suffer with addiction and mental health there people you can be your self around and that makes the hole process easier and they try there best to get people off the streets into accommodation they dont have a magic lamp to rub and to magically house everyone but like I said they do there BEST and that is what counts”

“this shop has been closed for a very long time went there today Jan 27 2022 and unlikely to return....ill be constructive in my criticism and you either take on board or dont....the "quality" of items for sale was very disappointing giving the impression that the shop had been given the **** that other shops have failed to sell....iv used this outlet for over 5yrs+ and have always found a quality bargain ...today was very disappointing,you would think the area manager would source decent stock to help the shop re-establish itself...obvs not....with stock like today this shop cannot and will not survive....now for the personnel....i was in shop for 20mins+ and at no time was my presence acknowledge with as much as a Good morning...the 3 members of staff/volunteers simply carried on with their charades/partylike shenanigans as if i was invisible,messing around totally unprofessional!More concerned with fact that a shoe had disappeared from sale.....1st time my presence was acknowledged was when i stood at till waiting to pay......if Area Manager is Sam who i have spoken to in person at Sturdee Road previously then Sam you need to swiftly retrain Ryan(?) and his volunteers in customer interaction ...thank you for taking time to read my constructive comments....hopefully they will be taken on board regards Sam.....”
