“A well stocked branch of a great store. Items are conveniently laid out as one would imagine the typical wickes store would be. Prices are ever growing (as usual in the UK) but I have found quite a few items that are priced higher in BandQ. So not all too bad. Also, staff don’t glare at you like you’re some kind of thief when you walk out empty handed- which is nice for a change.”

“Not really sure why all the negative reviews. Order 2 doors and a pair maker, they were due in stock and to be delivered about 4-5weeks after order date.24hrs after the order I received an email saying that the doors are not refundable as they are custom made, and if I still wish to proceed then the order will process as normal. Personally I thought this was good and clears up some of the bad reviews they seem to be getting. Also the website says they don’t accept refunds as the items may be custom made, so you know any risks your taking by ordering.As for the product, yeah exactly as I wanted, no issues looks great.”
