Purchased a jigsaw for present did nt get round to to doing straight away, finished it now to find 1 piece missing, which we did not loose , contacted there head office got a rude lady on the phone saying nothing they could do as out of 30 day warranty, explained it was a present and was nt completed within the 30 days... read full comment

10 to 4 on a Sunday afternoon and I needed gloss print photo paper, only place I could get to witch had everything I needed, expensive stuff compared to some other places but I had no choice
