staff are rude, we accidentally spilt a drink and went looking for staff and there was no one around. It was a large spillage and loads of elderly shop around so we wanted it cleaned up. we finally flag down a worker and she storms past, ?I don?t have time for this!? and waves her hand dismissively in my mothers face. What if someone slipped and faced bodily harm? Then they would be liable for that. If you needed help, there would be no staff around there to help. Disgusting.

I was looking around for some steel wool but couldn?t find any. As I was going to leave the manager confronted me and accused me of ?acting very suspiciously?. I asked if he wanted to search my bags and he replied ?no because you haven?t taken anything?. What?s this confrontation about then? This has literally never happened to me before. I?m going to look into making a formal complaint. Absolutely appalling.
