Racist staff! My 64-year-old Filipino mother was racially profiled for "stealing" before leaving the store. She was asked to empty her bags, on suspicion of having taken something. Obviously she didn't take anything, she's been shopping in Coalville for years, and shopped regularly at B&M too. We will log a formal complaint...

I’m very upset and angry. some of ur staff are rude and inappropriate. Being told today that I look like im pregnant with a third child. Firstly asked am I going to have a third i say no I’m done having kids. she preceded to say oh jw coz u look like ur pregnant it looks like you have a bump.
