I opened an account, Sent all the relevant details via internet got all set up they sent me a debit card’ Then froze my account saying my id was not correct

I have a small business in preston and the only time I can put cash in the bank is a Saturday morning . I went to the counter and a woman told me to use the hole in the wall .
