Went in there trying to open up a joint account and they said they took a photo copy of our IDs and said they would open the account. Now 1 week later and I called them and the people there said there is no application and they had nothing.

Awful service. Went in for a joint account and the assistant told us we would need a full credit score, I asked if that would be a soft or a hard score (we both had a full account), she replied ?there?s no such thing as a soft score. I also asked why a credit score When we were both customers and she replied ?have you got a problem with credit???. Completely inappropriate?..no I don?t have a problem with credit. I need to remortgage actually. I were wearing a tracksuit but do earn a pretty good wage??do not judge people by what they look like!!!. I have recently closed my account on this experience alone

Went into their Fishergate branch this morning and was greeted by a most obnoxious little clerk. I wanted to know why the bank was not sending me out a new debit card despite my old one expiring over a month ago. The spoilt brat started rambling on about maybe it's because I don't use it enough and all the while retaining a sickly smirk on his pallid features. Had he been wearing his dog collar I would name and shame him but maybe even he couldn't stomach advertising his ancestry.
