“Had a good idea what Mattress I wanted as I already had a Tempur one. Suppling the staff with a photo of that one I was able to chose a similar one. The sales assistant made me aware of prices discounts etc. Giving me a clear picture of my purchase costs. Highly satisfied .”

“We really enjoyed our time in Preston, and the hotel and spa here certainly made our quick trip even better. The hotel was very clean, stately, and the grounds were lovely. The bed was very comfortable and we really appreciated the high ceilings, beautiful grounds, and enjoyed our walks around the estate. If you're working like we were, note that the internet is indeed fast enough for a developer who runs team meetings to lead all their meetings! I had a spa session with massage and facial and it was excellent! I swam every day and used the sauna facilities. The locker room and pool area was kept very clean and dry. The lady attendant was fastidious in keeping the changing room dry and clean. There was a bit of an incident where one of my favorite vintage pieces I sent off to laundry was not returned to us when they dropped off our clean clothes. I had actually been at the entrance to the hotel when the cleaner dropped it off and I verbally acknowledged to her that I could see my laundry because of my vintage piece and she stated they'd be delivered to my room shortly. Front staff sent back an empty hanger amongst our other clean clothes and had lost it. We found it on the floor amongst boxes behind the reception desk. They returned my item, and apologized personally. Not a big deal and glad it was resolved.”

“Went to Sharps store in Preston and the lady there was really helpful and arranged for Phil to come and give us a quote the following day. Phil was amazing and sorted out our plans after listening to what we would like. We accepted the quote and look forward to our new bedroom furniture in about a months time”

As a coeliac I was overjoyed to see gluten free sandwich options in the Pausa Cafe! Was very relieved after visiting Tesco Superstore, Boots and Waitrose and seeing no salads, or sandwiches that were coeliac safe!”

“My wife and I had a two night golf break. Course was very wet and we lost a few balls. But it is that time of year. When we arrived there was a sign asking us to go to the restaurant to book in. No big deal. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food was excellent ?. Front of house we were looked after by Ann & Louise. They both were very cheerful and took great pride in their work. A big credit to them both. We will certainly be going back next year.Rooms: Very clean and comfortable .”
