Sent me an email saying my order was ready and then sent me an email half hour later as my better half was arriving saying they had cancelled part of the order the useful part Having to wait for 4 days for the item to be in and wasn't exactly helpful in temporarily solving my issue
Klaudia was really rude and inconsiderate. I purchased some ratchet spanner’s, that had clearly been used and the packaging seal was non existent. She was really rude saying they hadn’t been used and apparently a previous customer has opened them. She then started to huff and puff as she did the job she is paid to do.... read full comment

Had me right innertube for my ebike said it was right one so buy 2 not right be great if someone who knows about bikes to work there
