“I've been served by Dora today. She took time to talk to every customer and really take care of them. She explained the difference between different balloons and suggested to go with the foil one, if I would like it to last for a few days. In comparison the plain ones seem like a waste of money if they only last for 6 hrs max. So I went with the foil one. I was so blown away when I walked out of the store and almost got into my car, when Dora ran behind me to tell me there's something wrong with my helium balloon. It turned out to have a defect and she made sure she gave me a good quality product. That's one of the few times I received such excellent customer service. Dora is a great asset to this business and I hope she's being properly remunerated for that.”

As a coeliac I was overjoyed to see gluten free sandwich options in the Pausa Cafe! Was very relieved after visiting Tesco Superstore, Boots and Waitrose and seeing no salads, or sandwiches that were coeliac safe!”

“It's a big store, lots of different sections, it has a big car park, and there is an open changing room you can use.

Whether it's busy or not so much it's a guarantee you will always have a bit of a wait at the tills.”
