Came in today for some school shoes for my son who is non verbal. Colette was wonderful. You never know what to expect when you visit places with a child with special needs, but she was very patient and friendly and probably one of the best experiences I have had in a shop with my son. Highly recommend asking for advice from Elaine … experienced professional and insightful . On this occasion I didn’t buy any shoes as was in a rush , but despite this non sale was treated as a valued customer and consequently will return .
