“I asked a store employee for help because Google Maps showed the wrong stop location for the bus I needed. The guy listened to me, apologized and went behind the cash register to process the customer's purchases, then came back to me and helped me figure out my problem. It was very nice to receive help and smiles on such a gloomy day.”
