“Kirsty and her colleagues at Whitworths pharmacy Nelson went over and above to help us out during our stay fromAustralia . They put us in touch with an independent practitioner who was also considerate, patient and kind and prescribed us the antibiotics we needed, saving us hours of waiting in urgent care with our sick child . Whilst in the pharmacy the staff were kind and considerate to myself , my child and every other customer who visited, offering us a chair, a drink and even christmas chocolates , nothing was too much bother and they genuinely cared enough to make sure everyone got what they needed . What an awesome team of truely beautiful humans . Thank you Whitworths and merry xmas to you all x”

“Only a small pharmacy but very very good. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The pharmacist is really good and will help with any issues. You can pick up a perception direct from here, and I have never had to wait. 24/9/18 Called in to pick up a perception this morning. I was offered a flu jab there and they, job done no fuss. They inform my doctor it's done. What a fantastic service this pharmacy provides. 5 stars”

“This pharmacy is fantastic.nigel and everyone are fantastic.today was mix up with surgery and my prescription wasn't available.my son is ill in hospital and explained to nigel that I was really stressed and couldn't face going up surgery to collect prescription as I had been at hospital for 5 hours.he kindly gave me tablets untill my prescription comes through tomorrow.what a service.”

“I have just recently changed to this Chemist for my prescriptions. I visited the chemist twice and both times they were very efficient and courteous. The owner is very approachable and she is very efficient as are her staff .Example .My first prescription was efficiently sorted out for me . I picked my prescription up although I was going yo have it delivered and and as I was passing I decided to go in and collect it , it was ready waiting for me .The next day a had a consultation with my Dr over the phone and he decided to up the dosage of one of my prescribed tablets that I had already collected. I was amazed that the next day there was a knock at my front door with the new dosage from the Chemist was delivered , taking into account that I had only picked my prescription two days earlier . Th lead Chemist went above and beyond to check my details and to get the new prescription delivered rather than me wait another month to change it when my next prescription was due .Thank you so much for your efficiency, professionalism and awareness to my needs .Keep up the good work .. ? ?”

I travel from Burnley to this pharmacy on numerous occasions for my medicine, as I haven’t had the best of experiences with other pharmacies in my local area, and Nelson.
