“An exceptional pharmacy; excellent staff and a phenomenal aptitude of customer service. Every single time I speak to the pharmacy staff, I am made to feel welcomed, warm and greeted with gratitude. The pharmacy delivery drivers are also fantastic individuals. Occasionally when I am away at work, I communicate through doorbell and request to deliver medicine through letter box or to deliver next door. Never once have I been disappointed with this pharmacy, staff or the drivers. I am very impressed by their organisation. Well done!!”

He managed to source the medication from another town which he personally collected and brought back the next day for me to collect! The staff are very friendly too! “This is a great little pharmacy with lovely staff. Went in today with some medicine I’d been prescribed by my GP, and wanted some help to find a way to alleviate some side effects. The pharmacist was really attentive, listened to my issues and came back with a solution. We checked for anything that might clash with what I already take, and checked it was safe for me, and she made sure I knew how best to take it before I paid and left. Very grateful to have such a great team of people so close by. I hope they realise how appreciated they are!”

“After attempting to get a large emergency prescription dispensed at 5 other pharmacies on a Friday afternoon with no success, my mum ended up at the Strand Pharmacy. Much to her relief, they had most of the medication in stock; the remainder they managed to order in for her to collect on the Saturday morning. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional, giving advice on how best to take the medication. She had the same great experience when she had another prescription dispensed by them yesterday. We would highly recommend this pharmacy. Thank you, Strand Pharmacy.”
