“Having read some of the negative reviews about this pharmacy I was somewhat wary about using them, however I am happy to say that the aforesaid reviews were absolute rubbish. I found both the general staff and the pharmacist to be polite, caring, sympathetic and helpful, I am very happy with the service I received and I will most definitely be using them again.”

“Strachan's Chemist isn't actually our local pharmacy, but what a great experience I had there today.I needed an item this morning for my husband that wasn't available at our own pharmacy or several others that I had tried. (Apparently, there's a supply issue at the moment with the item). I 'phoned Strachan's this morning, spoke to a lovely helpful young lady to see if she could help.. and it was immediately very clear that she wanted to help, she said she didn't have the 'brand' name item, but could order a 'generic' version of it and that it would be ready for me to collect same afternoon at 4.30pm. Wow! What service, I was delighted.I found that every single member of staff I saw today, including the Pharmacist himself, were so friendly, polite, helpful and smiling.Thank you all again for your help today, it was much appreciated.Also, if I could add, while I was waiting in the queue for my turn, I observed how nicely the other customers were being treated and greeted by name, and in a very caring way, which was so nice to see.Well done everyone...definitely customer service at its very best....So many other businesses and professions could learn a lot from you.Kindest regards,Barbara & Lynton xx”

“Excellent place for all you're Healthcare Needs. More reliable than Strachan's where I always had problems with my medication even though I called in every 2 weeks for them for years. Bury Healthcare Staff are friendly & Informative with any queries you may have. I asked for them to be delivered last time which they did. They also delivered in minutes on the last occasion some meds I desperately needed even when their driver wasn't in & I was unable to get to their pharmacy. Wishing them all the Best in the New Year. You will be Crazy Not using this Pharmacy even though the odd mistake does happen.”

“Lisa and Scott are both excellent members of staff. I was there recently where there was a confrontation with a customer who was making false allegations and they both dealt with it very professionally. I have been to this boots many times and have always had excellent service every single time.”

“I shop here every week and as I have to wait for my daughter to finish shopping I would sit on one of the benches at the tills. These have been removed and there is nowhere for an elderly person to sit and wait. Please return these benches. Everything else is great shopping at asda pilsworth”

“Just want to say a big thank you to everyone working this evening. Bit of a nightmare with ordering online, it seems as if the orders don’t always like to go through. I would call or email to see if things are confirmed in the future even with an order confirmation, an extra step that shouldn’t have to be taken but not the staff’s fault. We had to wait for our order as it needed to be picked, luckily most of the things they still had/ were substituted for something else. Really appreciate the help and care that went into sorting what could have been a disaster! x”
