Absolute understaffed chaos. Took 30 mins to even get asked if anyone could help. Everyone we approached was too busy. 2 members of staff on the shop floor on a busy Saturday. Eventually after 40 mins got the 1 pair of kids shoes I’d come in for. Just absolutely shambolic. Not even worth the bargain.

think its disgusting that they charge £4.99 even if you pick up from the store,Surely it should be free ,Like every other company
