“Love the quality of the shoes in here. I always go in a spend a fortune everytime, but it's worth it and the shoes are always comfortable, hard wearing and last.

The only down side is I feel like I'm treated like a criminal as soon as I walk into the shop just based on my looks. The ladies in here that look 70+ can browse freely, but I have all staff eyes on me when I go in, I'm asked continuously if I need help, and have someone follow me around the store for no reason. Every time I glance up I'm surrounded by watchful eyes, especially if I go within a radius of the jewelry.

I can feel the staffs guard go down as soon as I reach the till and pay for everything.

I understand theres probably some form of shoplifting issues, I just wish I wasn't made to feel untrusting when I enter the shop as a paying customer.

Other than that, the shoes and clothes are excellent.”

“I love Next! The selection is clothes is fab, the sizing is great; an 8 means an 8, unlike at some places. It’s well priced and you can get some good basics or some really nice pieces to compliment your wardrobe. The staff are always nice enough as well.”
