“So recently I went to boots to get morning after pill as I was nervous going to a clinic since it's more often busy there. Boots is usually quiet when I go in and when I went up to the pharmacy section to ask about it, the lady there immediately was helpful and treated it like an average day, which really put me at ease! I've never done this before so it was great that my first time getting something I felt embarrassed about was treated like I had nothing to be ashamed about! It got even better when another lady named May/Mae (should have asked her how she has it spelt) took me in the ask questions, she was very friendly and professional but it felt like talking with a good friend which was great, she made me feel very comfortable and I could tell her everything she needed to know without it feeling invasive. She was very informative as well and made sure I didn't have to worry about anything! Really great lady, wonderful service and I also got to take the pill while I was there but in a nice little room so you don't feel exposed!”

“Use it for repeat prescriptions via NHS App, so far always ready after 72 hours from GP approval. Always helpful staff, pharmacist always willing to help with problems or direct you to GP etc. if deemed serious.”

“This is what you call a Chemist. The pharmacists are amazing practitioners with a vast knowledge and the chemist assistants are fantastic. Always have a smile always, so pleasant. My first 12 months after moving from Wales ,was so stressful every month when ordering and collecting my prescription from Cohen's Heysham, there was always a problem so I moved to Morecambe bay chemist and have never looked back.
