“Came in the other day to ask for some advice and was more than pleased with the service. Was seen immediately and nurse was very helpful and very friendly. It was clear she was fully trained and prepared to help (spoke to GP later about it and she recommended the same thing and it’s been working very well). “I don’t usually leave reviews for pharmacies, but the team at Superdrug Pharmacy in Lancaster definitely deserves a shoutout.

From the moment I walked in, I was met with genuinely lovely service — the kind that makes you forget you’re there to pick up antibiotics and not something more exciting. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and the whole place has a calm, organised vibe that just makes things easier.

Special mention to Elise, one of the dispensers — she’s super helpful, always cheerful, and somehow makes even the most confusing prescription instructions make sense (which is a real skill, let’s be honest). And Reena, the pharmacist, is just brilliant — knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly knows her stuff. You feel like you’re in good hands, which is exactly what you want when it comes to your health.

Honestly, this is hands down the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. The service is consistently excellent, and the staff are just lovely. I’ll definitely be sticking with them from now on — partly for the top-notch service, and partly because I don’t want to go anywhere else and risk missing Elise’s smile or Reena’s helpful advice.

They know exactly what they are doing and they know exactly how to run a prescription dispensing service. I have used a few pharmacies over the last few years for collecting my prescriptions (ordered through the myGP app) and Higher Greaves is definitely the best. I won't be going anywhere else. “The girls that work here are absolutely amazing in every way. I have been getting my scripts there now for over 4 years and even though I know live nearly 6 miles away I'll continue to do so. You'll always be greeted with a smile and a fun attitude no matter what anyone else says in their reviews, reason they're probably leaving bad reviews is coz they're expecting the girls to do what they can't be arsed to do themselves. They've all worked tirelessly throughout covid and like I've already said they're amazing, professional and have amazing work ethics. “Visited today at Ovangle Road, Morecambe, around 1pm, 30th December. I asked a young man where I could find a product. I wanted to commend him because he really went over and above to help. He wasn't sure where it was, but later he came running up with the product, small or large. I chose one. Then as I was looking for a tin opener he came up (he was working nearby) and pointed out the Asda product of the previous request, which was cheaper. I wanted to put in writing but there isn't a section for good service! Shame.”
