“Broke down coming off the ferry at Heysham at midnight. After a very uncomfortable night in the van we rang around the local garages to see if we could get an urgent repair or recovery. No luck until I rang Broadgate garage, who were friendly and ultra-helpful. The marvellous lady there even gave us a lift to the car hire place in Morecombe. The van was repaired and ready the next day (new alternator) ready for us to pick up at a reasonable cost. Helpful, well-priced and knowledgeable; what more could you want?
