“Came in the night before for tracking on my car, from the off the gentleman booking me in squeezed me in as I work in Blackpool which required me to need it doing ASAP and couldn’t do more to help! Met the lady owner extremely down to earth and helpful again!Brought the car in early next day (08:30) was greeted well by Jack I believe? Again exceptional customer service had my tracking done and a blown bulb in 25 mins. Thanks guys definitely will be making this my usual garage.”

“Absolutely 5 star service from this garage, both of the people I talked on the phone with were incredibly friendly and informative. As a student, I was given no hassle or BS service, they fixed all of the issues with my car and promptly too, phoning me each time to let me know what was wrong and in great detail describing the repairs. Price was very fair considering the amount of work done on the vehicle, and performance now is night and day and makes me wonder how I even drove the car in state it was in! “Having used Piccadilly Garage today to get my MOT done I felt the need to write this quick review as way of thanks for the service I received. This is the first time I have used this local garage and found the owners extremely polite and courteous to my requirements. I am quite (well, very to be honest) fussy about the interior of my car since I keep it looking like new and I am always worried about using new garages in case, by the very working nature of such a trade, they may come back with interior scuffs and dirt from the work carried out. This was absolutely not the case with Piccadilly and even though I felt a bit awkward asking them to be careful they simply did just that and treated my car like it was their own. It came back in exactly the same condition I dropped it off and I was extremely happy with the whole experience. This was the complete opposite to previous experiences I have had at other local establishments where mechanics steel toe capped boots seem to have a mind of their own and find every sill, door trim and more besides to either mark or scratch! Also the actual garage itself is also very tidy, spacious and well organised and that is a direct reflection on the quality of their service. The owner clearly has a deep rooted interested in all things cars and it was a pleasure having a brief chat with him when I picked it up. I would recommend this garage without hesitation.
