Been using Santander for about 20 years, never again the manager Tom Wilcox treats people appealingly and has no customer skills at all, avoid.

I received terrible customer service from a young lady called Cherie on the counter today. I was depositing a large amount of cash which she was obviously not happy to deal with. Maybe management could have a word and explain about customer care. I certainly will not be dealing with this particular employee again.
