“Bar far the best estate agents I have ever had the pleasure of talking to, working with and living under. We have rented from Frank Wyles for the past year and a half and they have been absolutely fantastic. If we have ever had problems (shower leaking, roof leaking, locks falling out, kitchen electrics cutting out) they have messaged or called within minutes, made sure that we were okay and arranged a plan. Their roofers, electrician, builder and everyone in their team are equally as fantastic as they are and incredibly knowledgeable (we have saved their numbers for when we move!). Even at 2000/8pm on a Sunday Frank Wyles called me back when I thought we were alone with the problem and sorted us out! They are always kind, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. Talking to them feels like talking to family or friends. They are so understanding and Helen and Lindsey have gone above and beyond for us multiple times, they are true assets to the company and deserve a pay rise plus the recognition that they have been and are amazing!
