Called the guy to ask about a house in Kirkham, when he found out the Mrs wasn't working he was very rude, got me of the phone immediately. I had a guarantor and 3 months rent up front he didn't want to know this though. I would recommend homeowners to not let this guy rent out your house out for you it will be on the market... read full comment

Only given one star because it is not possible to give zero stars. Do not give details of where a deposit is registered; no inventory and then trying to retain a full deposit. Not dealing with maintenance issues when raised. Not very impressive at all.
