“Used the Digital Check & Send service here for a passport renewal application, and greatly appreciated the patience and tenacity shown by the team to obtain a photo that the system would accept (didn't help that I've got wonky eyelids I think!). The process as a whole was smooth. (New passport received in less than 3 weeks too, which was a bonus.)”
