“I want to say that this post office offers a fantastic service. Friendly staff. I fast tracked my passport application there. Whilst there was a problem with the passport issued, it was not a post office error. The post office owner, Ian was most helpful. He had direct communication with the passport office. Was advised as to what we should do to sort this. And was available to ensure the passport queries were addressed and the passport returned. It is nice to see helpfulness like this these days. Thankyou”

“The two ladies working here are truly fabulous. Even when I come in with a bucket load of parcels to send they don’t moan or give you funny faces. They simply crack on and have a laugh with you. And if they can help you save money by sending it a cheaper way they will. As far as POs go this is the best in my opinion!! Oh and there’s also two adorable cats that come In every now and again.”

“I have been going to the post office located in WHSmith for a few years now, due to an online business, I have to use it nigh on every day, and I have to say the staff are lovely, always helpful even in the face of adversity, and they get a lot of unnecessary rudeness from the public who cannot stand having to wait in a queue, but I have to say that the professionalism, the friendliness and the knowledge of the post office staff, makes a tedious job of posting, almost a pleasure. They have busy times, especially at Lunch and Monday mornings, and if you aren’t prepare to queue, learn the best time to go, please show the girls some respect, they are working hard and non stop everyday. I’ve been in the queue daily and see just what they have to do.”
