I had a really good experience at Specsavers. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, and the optician took the time to explain everything clearly. I was also impressed with how quickly my glasses were ready. Really happy with the service!

I have been a regular customer for many years without mishap. This time was different, eye test 23 June, (no change in prescription apparently). After 2 weeks new glasses supplied, hopelessly out of focus at distance. Offered a retest and told the first prescription was too strong (eh?). Waited 2 more weeks, then on arrival...
