Imran and Martin were fantastic with the service.This is also the only place in Lancaster City Centre (as far as I know) that accept adjusting glasses bought outside their store.I went to the other optician some years ago, and was told that they couldn't help adjusting my glasses that I bought from outside the country.By chance I met Mark from Vision Express and asked if they can adjust glasses not bought from them. Which I'm glad, as now my glasses are adjusted by the team and it feels comfortable again!”
