Horrible customer service, I paid for my item and was IDed after I already purchased it. The lady, albeit likely overworked, was quite rude and unwelcoming, the mood and atmosphere in the shop is enough to turn me away from returning.

It’s quite a small shop and the prices are abit steep but it does what it says on the tin I guess.
