Poor service with sending and receiving shipments. A shipment I sent remained undelivered in their warehouse for 12 days. When I went to look for it, they claimed it was not possible, then they found it. Unfortunately, the customer who was supposed to receive it had already canceled his purchase due to the delay.

Awful service. i drove from preston just under 1 hour there and then 1 hour back to collect a package from the store. The store had received the parcel! But mystery to them it had disappeared! Manager not very helpful. He kept saying this happens regularly! In my opinion if this is the case something needs to be done! Unless... read full comment
