Staff were friendly, helpful, their suggestions and recommendations for games were good and insightful and beyond the typical call of duty or FIFA.\\n\\nUnfortunately they didn't have what I was after, but left with my second choice, was nice to see a good trade in value quoted too. Often game are behind cex, but in this case offered more.

Highly recommend. Just ordered online for the first time on deliveroo, everything came perfectly and on time. We have always loved Alex drinks ranges, the soup and snacks and we are equally impressed with the new food range. Delivery man was friendly and polite. Waffles stayed very well presented on the way here which was unexpected as when we get them delivered from a different take away in Manchester they don?t.

Absolutely disgraceful bought a console in oct for my sons Xmas present it is not working properly we took it back today with our receipt(12 months warrent) we we told we only had 30 days guarantee they didnâ??t tell us this when we spent £250 on the console,the staff member told us he had been on phone to Sony all morning which was a lie because he gave us the old phone number,he basically said itâ??s not their problem and that we have to contact Sony ourselves (£3.60 a minute) I now have to tell my hysterical 7 year old that his Xmas present is broke.customer service weâ??re just as unhelpful very rude, will never spend another penny with this company again.would have given no stars but they wonâ??t let me
