Staff were friendly, helpful, their suggestions and recommendations for games were good and insightful and beyond the typical call of duty or FIFA.\\n\\nUnfortunately they didn't have what I was after, but left with my second choice, was nice to see a good trade in value quoted too. Its the staff that makes the difference here. They are very helpful and do know what they are talking about. Friendly and well stocked
