“I visited the Lancaster branch as the Kendal branch is dire. The Lancaster branch is mike's better. Better selection for the men's department. It's always clean and easy to get to. The only downside is that it could be bigger. The shopping center is quite empty. Other than that I will definitely visit again”

“Visited the cafe. The staff here are wonderful. So helpful on the four times we have visited. My brother had ordered bacon rolls and coffee for us but we were delayed and got there late. The ladies had rescued the bacon rolls and coffee and we had fresh when we eventually got there. Wouldn't have happened anywhere else. Thank you to all the cafe staff you all know the value of good customer service.”
