“Disappointed with the sizes available in store in menswear. No 28 waist jeans in store and only larger shoe sizes. Great in all other regards but needing to order sizes online is annoying, I go to a store to get them on the day. If I wanted to shop online I would. The staff are very good at this store.”

“Sadly now the best store left in Blackpool centre. A bit dated, with an overpriced cafe in a dark window less corner. Still seeing the general mess and run down of Blackpool... maybe no windows to look out isn't such a bad idea.”
“Quite a large Matalan with plenty of different clothing items to browse. The change of layout of the changing rooms and tills has improved the shopping experience, but I just wish there was a gap in the middle of each of the long aisles as you have to walk all the way to the ends when navigating to another section. Staff are always very attentive and friendly, and willing to assist.”
