I give a 1 star rating for my initial experience today. The website states Boots opening times. It does not mention in that section a separate opening times for the Pharmacy, very misleading. Would it be possible to add to the 'opening times' the opening times of the Pharmacy? Thank you for considering my suggestion.

Isn’t it strange that when I complained about the Pharmacy Assistant with long blonde hair, being rude, blunt and intimidating, I received a phone call from the manager to say that all of the staff are professional and polite and he couldn’t understand my complaint, however he was sorry.
