“I am a customer with HSBC and have recently moved into the area. While agreeing that unless you have phone banking set up it is difficult to contact by phone I have excellent experience of staff in the branch. There is often a queue, but that is not the fault of the staff. Once I got to speak to someone they were thorough, patient, professional and reassuring. I could also see that they were going out of their way to help other customers. They have been fantastic with me on two separate occasions and I would have no hesitation in going there again.”

“It's an ATM. Accessible 24/7 with drive-up access. The ATM is on the side of the University of Cumbria Gateway (Reception) building, just beside the bike shed. Parking is permit or payment, so don't hang around, but no problem stopping to get cash. Occasionally empty when students first arrive back in September and January.”
