We went to the White Bull yesterday afternoon, for lunch and a drink. We were served by a very nice young man. There was a delay on our food and he was so apologetic and polite, not something that is always on display in other establishments. Went on Wednesday 4.30 to fined it was closed it says 12.00 till 11.pm
This 17th century public house is located on Garstang road, in the village of Bilsborrow, inside you will find a traditional pub, a log burning fire with a home cooked menu and choice of locally brewed ales. Outside the beer garden backs onto the Lancaster canal. If you are planing a visit here our neighbour at Duncombe house BED & BREAKFAST offers a wonderful place to stay. Countryside canoes also offer fun activites on the canal near by. We also benefit from excellent transport links to near by Garstang , Preston and Blackpool.
