The staff here are wonderful and the appointments normally run to schedule.

What a shambles. Fortunately never had to book a GP appointment since we moved to the area 8 years ago but had to the other week. Went online and booked an appointment only to be contacted to say I couldn’t have that appointment and I’d need to ring up on the morning of the day I wanted the appointment. This surgery is amazing! I love the idea of a call back if there is a long queue and the surgery phones back straight away not a lot of surgeries i have been to in the past have offered this service. Everytime one of my children has been poorly the surgery has seen them all most straight away. The staff are all so lovely,... read full comment
