“We have had a few babydan gates in the past and they have always been brilliant and perfect for our needs.We never had any reason to contact customer service as we never had a problem until yesterday when we opened a gate we had in the loft for a while and the parts were incomplete.I emailed customer service with the pictures of the parts I needed and a lovely lady called Mona replied instantly, she was so helpful and managed to figure out what we needed by the pictures I sent.The parts are now coming free of charge.I really didn't expect them for free or so much help.Companies nowadays don't care about customers but Babydan certainly does.I would highly recommend their babygates not only for quality but for customer aftercare.Amazing thanks to Babydan & Mona x”
